Chic Esmeralda

I wanted Esmeralda to be strong yet feminine. I thought if there were any character that would be the thrifter, it was her! I pictured here as that creative, retro girl that shopped for a lot of her wear at thrift shops and found really unique items that she wore in very modern ways! She'd be the one to cut up or sew her own tee shirt.

Where Esmeralda really shows her character though is the jewelry. I wanted boho, vintage, yet ironically current jewelry.

And finally, since she is a lesser known character that you don't see too often, I wanted to emphasize her original character through her tattoos. She is, I believe, the most likely Disney lady to have quite a bit of ink! With her "God Help the Outcasts" song, I picture she is a person that stands for "Coexist."
